Mafia: Definitive Edition
An inadvertent brush with the mob thrusts cabdriver Tommy Angelo into the world of organized crime. Initially uneasy about falling in with the Salieri family, the rewards become too big to ignore.
In short, Steam reviewers most often praise “engaging mob story and characters” (62 of 104 reviews) and “beautiful authentic 1930s Lost Heaven” (40); the most common complaint is “stiff combat and tedious driving” (16). What reviewers agree on ↓

“Game its good, but the story its extremely rushed, one of the shortest games I played in years, I know its an old game but they could added more things to do, its a waste of a beautiful map and cars”
“Two words: Racing. Mission. Might be the worst mission in gaming history. The actual game honestly wasn't that great before this mission, so it isn't good enough to warrant how terrible this mission is. 0 fun.”

“Above all else, this game is a story—one I'm happy to have experienced, as it provides a masterclass in atmospheric storytelling. 1930s Lost Heaven feels like a place that actually exists, where people go about their lives rather than just serving as a backdrop for the player.…”
