“Can't even play a single player franchise without fear of losing internet connection and throwing away all of your progress. Not sure why everything is tied into being online 24/7/365 but it is. I waited 5 years to buy a madden product again and at this point I'll wait at least…”

“This is the second time I've lost access to Madden NFL. I played 23 for a year and Steam says I bought it but EA does not recognize. No response to my tech support request. I bought 24 in October and the same thing happened. I'm not interested in spending $60 every four months…”
