There's a build up on the experimental branch which adds two new engine layouts: inline and radial.

Changes
- Added inline engines. These are now the only layout type available in WWI.
- Added radial engines. These are available from interwar onwards.
- V engines (the type we had before) are now only available from earlywar onwards.
- Fixed inconsistent obstructions with rotated crew members and box-shaped parts like fuel tanks and ammo racks.
- V engines now have smaller and more accurate hitboxes.
- V engines are now bigger (~12% bigger at 2L, ~45% bigger at 0.5L), they were smaller than intended before.
