The 2nd Free DLC isn't coming out on the 3rd of September. I'm sorry.
Here's what happened. The new stuff looks the way I wanted it to look. That was the whole point, modern graphics because of the time travel, and I got there. What I didn't expect was that with the new content in the build, the base game and the 1st free DLC started running worse. Areas that were fine six months ago are chugging now. It's not the new levels being heavy, which I planned for. It's the old ones getting dragged down with them, which I didn't.
I'm not going to ship you an update that makes the game you already own run worse. So it's delayed until I fix it. I'm not going to throw out a date to make this post land softer, because then I'd be back here in a few days or a couple of weeks writing this again.
I'll release the date as soon as this gets fixed.
