“Good game, appreciably difficult”
“A great and amazing continuation for the original game, and also a bit easier in some of the aspects (which is good). Perfect choice for those who are hungry for more.”

“An absolutely perfect, beautiful, game. Played it many hours and came back to it again and again after years. Needless to say I suppose, but it is a must buy, whether or not you really like tower defense style games”
“Much like its predecessor, this younger brother is an absolute masterpiece. The map has shifted slightly south and east from the original one, and you are facing completely new enemies with different tower designs.…”

“Great game, better hero system than in the first game imo. Barracks achievements and killing 300 aliens took a while, but still completed 100%, was a great experience.”

“I loved this game until Umbra... what a stupid POS boss. If you make a boss like this, you have no idea what fun is. I was going to pick up the whole series, but I can do without this frustration.”
“Still great, but easily the worst balance in the series. So many overpowered enemies, mixed with some mediocre towers..and then the dwarf mech which is busted. And the gem system which..exists. Still worth your money.”

“A good sequel to the original game, but definetely weaker. Also some tower-specific achievements are too tedious and must be targeted to complete.”

The variety of towers, heroes, and enemies keeps things fresh, and the desert/jungle theme is a nice change from the first game. Some levels can get pretty tough, but that just…”
