- Save settings (zoom, fullscreen/windowed) so they apply on reload.

- Show 'Logged In' instead of display name in main menu.
- Add on/off toggle for music and sound effects in settings page.
Fixes
- Fix: 'Confirm' button wouldn't show up for buyouts if you ran more than one buyout.
- Fix: Available callup would show information of talent from another save.
- Fix: You could run out of creative points in sandbox mode.
