v0.15 Update. — Shrimp.io News

Hello fellas,

I changed the playing drops to each 90 minutes from the original 60 minutes(still capped at 2 a day).

I also did some weapon damage balancing changes.

The next update should be an actual content update, but until then hopefully, you enjoy being able to customize your little shrimp.
