Investigation on game crashes — Shadow of Pharos News

Hey everyone, we have noticed quite a few reports of game crashes, initially we assumed those were being caused by interactions with the 'Quit Game' book, or some other interaction that makes the game close. But since we have continued to see these reports after adding some extra feedback on those interactions, we decided to investigate to try to improve everyone's experience. If you have had any game crashes, could you describe us the following:
- At what point in the game the crash it occurred;
- If subtitles/menu were enabled, and if you have made any changes to the settings/button mapping, which changes were made (if you can recall);
- Any specific steps you can remember that could have led to the crash;
- Basic hardware and OS information (if possible);
