Quick bugfixes and improvements. Thanks to everyone that came together to snipe glitches.

Gamepad
- It is now possible to override the button prompts to always display keyboard, Dualshock or XInput buttons from the settings menu. You can also select "auto" to continue to use the automatic input device detection.

Ground Meat
- Invisible walls touchups.
- SFX to rideable maggot.
- Dust FX and controller vibration when rushing in the riding section.
- Fix: prevent face-plant animation from placing Sybil underneath the ground.
- Fix: flicker in scenery.

Nuclear Winter
- Fix: the requirement in the pause menu was incorrectly shown as 24 bronze skull, when it's actually 25.
