Voices and Free Love and Endless Mode, Oh My! — Potionomics News

Hello Potion Sellers! It's been a while! Over the past two years, we've been busy working on a number of updates, both large and small, and exploring new ways you can enjoy all of Potionomics. From expanded gameplay options to additional features, we’ve brewed up a bunch of enhancements to the game.

First and foremost, we added all-new voice acting for story scenes! We’ve further balanced the original difficulty, and included the oft requested additional difficulty modes, as well as Endless mode. Add in the new Free Love and One Love options, coupled with additional relationship scenes for Endless mode, and you’ve got plenty of choices when starting a new game – in more ways than one.

Of course, that’s not all that awaits you in the this masterwork of an update, but we’ll let you get to selling and experiencing it all for yourself! Just one last thing – while many of you reading this may have been perfecting potions every day since we originally launched, we recommend starting a fresh save to get the most from all these free new features.

Without further preamble, here’s an overview of all the exciting, new additions to Potionomics!

Major Enhancements

Added new Cozy and Capitalism difficulty levels, along with Classic balance adjustments to make the early game easier and the late game harder.
- You can change the difficulty anytime after the initial tutorial (Starting on Day 3)!
- Cozy
  - Removes the time restriction on travel
  - No time consumption when you rank up relationships
  - Easier bosses in the potion competition
  - It only takes one ingredient to brew a potion.
- Capitalism
  - Increased difficulty for customers (Average 20% increase in interest requirements for all levels)
  - More difficult bosses in the potion competition
Added an Endless Mode after the game story is finished
- Because of an edge case issue with cloud saves, a small percentage of users may need to re-clear Day 50 before being able to play Endless Mode.
Added Free Love/One Love Mode options
- In One Love mode, starting a romance locks off other romance options (as it's worked before)
- In Free Love mode, you can smooch as many people as you want!
- Note: These will require a new game and cannot be toggled!
Added one additional story scene in Endless Mode for every relationship path
Added controller support
New Language options in Deutsch, 日本語, 한국어, 简体中文, 繁體中文
Boss Finn Content Pack as a paid DLC (Learn More About the Boss Finn Content Pack right here)

Minor Enhancements

Added a “Clear” button to brewing
Added the ability to use the scroll wheel to quickly change bulk purchases when buying ingredients from Quinn and fuel from Saffron
Updated the wallet to accommodate larger numbers
