Add spawn protection to character. By default the duration is 30 seconds. Can be stopped by actions such as: Firing a weapon, moving, interactions, repair, ...)

Bug Fixes

Fix the ladders on the ghost ship for Rise of the Undead Fleet mode
Fix the treasure chest icons not changing to 'opened' correctly
Fix the ability for Undead to discover / see discovered Treasure Boxes
Fix 'X' not dropping the chest

Bring back the 'queue all modes' button
