Important note: The release date was initially planned to be September 29th, but was delayed to November 10th. We couldn't quite get the game to the point we wanted by the initially planned date, and we decided to take our time to deliver the best result we can. Thank you for your patience and understanding! Introducing Story Mode!
For the next update we’re introducing a beginner friendly Story mode that aims to provide a smooth introduction to the game and its various mechanics, while still being an enjoyable experience for everyone. The levels and bosses were primarily developed by members of the community.
New Features!
We’re also adding the following features:
- Player achievements and unlocks
- Particle emitter object
- Object layers
- Object color blending
- More tilesets, backgrounds, etc.
- Misc smaller features/polishing
Post-release Plans
We decided to leave Early Access because we’ve implemented all the main features that were planned when the game was initially released. We will continue to work on the game after release, but the development will likely be slower. We’ll still be looking at adding highly requested features, fixes, etc.
