Unlocked to pre-order bonus skin [CS]

CS version pre-order bonus skin has been unlocked to all CS players.

Bug Fixes

[PC] [CS] Fixed an issue where, when changing the controller button control assignment to a specific button in Options, that button would not work correctly.
