small bug fix

-a bug that occurs when playing with more than three players and someone dies, causing the game to
bug out when skipping the map.
-new start card.
- numerous smaller bugs.
I added:
-two maps.
-a few graphical changes.
-game balance adjustments.
-new game graphics in the store and library.
-pirates on 40 map.
-new draw cards/weaponts system.
