After a lot of work the trains DLC is finally available

Also, a free update to the base game: welfare. It has new builds and the possibility to edit your saved maps, which is something the community had been asking me for a long time (thanks for your feedback!).

New buildings

• Fire station: with a fire truck

• Therapeutic community
  
• Psychiatric hospital
