Adds Trivia for the 7 books of the Deuterocanon, and achievements for successfully completing the new trivia.

1.) Tobit
2.) Judith
3.) Wisdom
4.) Sirach
5.) Baruch
6.) 1 Maccabees
7.) 2 Maccabees

This raises the total number of trivia questions in the game to 3,814

This update also includes a bug fix, some users experienced the first song of the new soundtrack being stuck on a loop instead of moving onto the next song in the track list, this has been addressed.
