Demo update

The demo has been updated! Here are the changes:

- All levels are unlocked from the start
- Easier opponents on hard levels
- Overvined level has been replaced with Cardboarded
- Added a setting to limit the framerate with vsync off
- Added language setting
- Added a dropdown to control ghosts: always visible, hidden when close, always hidden
- Fixed settings in 16:10 (macbook) and 21:9
- Fixed game stuck when opening the settings right as the level is finished
