Regarding the recent announcement about the Game Account Suspension Notice, we apologize deeply for the premature decision made without thorough consideration and understanding of the Steam gameplay model. We are truly sorry for this oversight and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.

After careful discussion, we have decided that normal players will not be affected. We will use a comprehensive approach to determine if an account is suspicious based on login IP addresses, time intervals, regions, holidays, and the number of connected devices. Currently, we have not banned any accounts and earnestly request your forgiveness.

As this is our first time releasing a game on Steam, we acknowledge there may have been shortcomings in our approach. We are open to feedback and committed to making immediate corrections. Furthermore, since most of our interactive game consists of film and television material, it fundamentally differs from other AAA titles in structure and playable duration.
