A couple of small but serious exploits and sources of corrupted save data fixed! Thank you for reporting bugs and playing The Banished Vault.

Prevented starting maneuvers while in the location screen, leading to exploits.
Fixed multiple causes of corrupted save data while exiting the game under rare circumstances.
Prevented opening the pause menu while rolling dice, leading to corrupted data.
Fixed the previously known issue of losing cargo items while transferring items to ships under rare circumstances.
