Rollback Network Patch v1.03 — GUILTY GEAR Xrd REV 2 News

We will be implementing a patch that addresses some network issues.
The patch will go live on March 27th 12AM PDT.
Thank you for your patience while we worked to solve these issues.
The patch note details can be found below:

- Fixed spectators desynchronization issues
- Fixed a crash that occurred when re-matching after a match lasted longer than 4 minutes
- Fixed a crash that occurred when the game is launched without Steam running (a message is now displayed)
- Fixed the Steam invite system to prevent friends from attempting to join Ranked or Big lobby matches via Steam invitations. Steam invitations should only work for Player Rooms, and not anywhere else.
