Most importantly, Fixed some connection issues and the ragdolls should perform way better.

Added settings in the main menu to change resolution.
Grenade should push people back more consistently
Fixed grenade damage
Fixed toddler spawn point on level 2
Fixed issue where player could get stuck out side on level 5
Fixed an issue where the granny would turn into a tornado when a molotov hits her.
