Hotfix V1.4.12

Here comes a small patch for a campaign softlock issue and several Cyclist Race Editor fixes.

Fixed softlock in career mode when trying to simulate and empty race

Cyclist Editor Fixes

Fixed issue with having several custom teams at once
Fixed team jerseys not being possible to color properly
Fixed crash when trying to change attributes or name of a rider that didn't exist
Fixed rider selection and attribute buttons not deactivating for empty rider slots
Create rider buttons now enforce sequential use (have to have rider 3 before rider 4)
Fixed race country not displaying correctly
Updated rider specializations table to match the new balance in TCT
