Quick fix for little bugs that snuck into the big patch we just released:

V1.4.10 Hotfix

Fixed peloton not properly losing resources
Fixed issue with prestige display of AI teams in new UI
Fixed sponsor bar showing up for AI teams in new UI
Tweaked slipstream penalties for steep downhill tech sectors
