本作承接《幻想三國誌3》 的時間軸，主角伏策作為史官搜索黃巾軍遺失的典籍，就此展開一段冒險之旅，也許會在旅途巧遇各位玩家多年未見的老友呦！
一樣的情懷，不一樣的體驗；本次除了百萬字劇本外，還有角色情境配音，多年前未竟的感動，今日就讓我們延續下去吧！
