Update on the state of Bergsbruk — North Modding Company: Bergsbruk News

Hello Everyone! 😄
It's been a long time since we provided an update on Bergsbruk!

TLDR; Development stuck so your getting the replacement for free.

Why have I stopped working on Bergsbruk?

Sadly, it's because I am "locked" in the progress of improving the game because of game engine components we need for the multiplayer.
These components have been delayed and have no release dates and I do not have the capacity to develop them myself.

What´s next?

The next thing to come is "Out of ore", it's a dirt moving single player game that's still in development.
Out of ore being developed for single player only has benefits like

+ A dirt system that is heavily optimized and fully dynamic
+ Allows us to add more vehicles in the same timeframe
+ Much more configurable experience for the player
+ Smoother physics that makes vehicles handle better

Bergsbruk had to be limited since everything in Singleplayer had to work in Multiplayer.

What happens now with Bergsbruk?

Bergsbruk will remain live and playable, but won't get any more updates.
It will remain in your library and you will get Out of ore for free after release! (More info on that later)

I really want to create an awesome dirt moving experience for you and this was the only reasonable way to continue forwards.
