Closure of Argo — Argo News

Dear Mercenaries,

some announcements are harder than others, but we’re making this one with an especially heavy heart.

Following serious consideration, lengthy debate and after we had limited our support of the game back in 2019, we’ve now made the difficult decision to discontinue Argo for good. This happened primarily because of a lack of development resources that we needed to allocate elsewhere in our studio.

While the game will still be featured in your Steam library, its servers have been shut down permanently, which means the game is no longer playable.

We are extremely sorry for this and for the lack of clear communication before we made this step. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your support and the great memories you’ve given us over the years.

If you’d like to stay in touch with members of the Argo community, you will surely find like-minded 'survivors' in the Arma 3 community.
