We wanted to give all of you a heads-up that we will be delisting the Prologue version of Dreamscaper next week.
If you currently have the Prologue in your library, it will remain in your library. If you have not yet added it to your library, you have until February 17 to add it.
As many of you know, we've been making lots of changes and progress to Dreamscaper over on the main release, including changing the game flow entirely.
Unfortunately, it just isn't feasible for us to keep the Prologue up while maintaining the main app, for a couple reasons:
- As a small, three person team, we don't have the bandwidth to maintain both the Prologue and the full app, and we want to make sure to focus on the main game so the true Dreamscaper experience can be as good as possible.
- Now that the Prologue is almost a year old, the main release of Dreamscaper has diverged significantly. We unfortunately can't keep both at parity, so we want to make sure that new players have the best understanding of what Dreamscaper is, and the truth is, the Prologue no longer reflects that.
We're so thankful for all of you who have tried the game and have given us such fantastic feedback. It has greatly improved Dreamscaper, and will continue to be a source of inspiration for us.
