Halloween Update (version 1.02)

We just uploaded an update that adds some new content and improves controller support.

• New level "Hell" added (to unlock it in single player, all other maps must be completed).
  
• New zombie customization objects added.
  
• Main menu music added to the tracks that can be used in the level editor.
  
• Controller can now be used in nearly every menu.
  
• Fixed various movement bugs.
  
• Colors of glowing circles, skulls and arrows in the editor are now saved.
  
• The smaller hole setting on bars in the editor is now saved.
  
• Emotes can now be performed with the controller (control pad right).
  
• Fixed a bug that changed the game mode on user created maps.
  
• Fixed various movement bugs.
  
• Improved the overall performance.
