Patch v2.1 Out! (Bug Fixes and More)

Some more bug fixes are now live as well as a revamped system for keeping track of which pickups are in which region.

Patch Notes:

• The region tracking system better not break again or else.
  
• Failing a mimic into another monster should no longer be possible.
  
• Updated the skin selection system to better deal with errors.
  
• The Giant King's Journal entry is now the right entry (sorry yhorm Giant King)
  
• Added option (found in Display Options while in NG+) to simplify combat display
