A new patch (1.21) with minor bug fixes is now live.

Improvements:

Minor stability improvements
Added reference to SMB community channels in loading screen and on stadium fences in-game

Bugs Addressed:

Customizing players can inadvertently change pitcher/batter animations (original fix was incomplete)
Computer can go into sleep mode while running SMB
Crash when using mouse-wheel scroll in team advancement list view
Possible crash when Windows username contains non-ASCII characters
