Thanks to Valve's new policy in allowing adult only titles, Wolf Tail's adult patch has been added as a free DLC:

After the uncertain future for games with risque content faced previously, I'm legitimately thrilled that Valve is approving adult content on it's storefront. If you have the game installed, and your settings allow adult only titles, the patch should be installed automatically.
