ENDLESS MODE IS OUT NOW!
Hello everyone, and Happy Halloween!
After working on it over the past few months, I’m happy to finally announce that Endless Mode is now available in Photomaly, launching today alongside Steam Scream V!
First of all, thank you once again for all the feedback, reviews, discussions, and suggestions you’ve shared since release. I’ve continued reading your comments throughout development, and many of your suggestions helped shape this update.
So, what’s new?
TWO NEW GAME MODES
ENDLESS MODE
Keep your photo studio running for as long as you can.
Customers will continue arriving while you manage the studio, fulfill their requests, earn money, improve your shop, and keep an eye out for anomalies.
Alongside the usual security camera anomalies, new anomalies can now appear directly on your customers.
Miss too many anomalies, and your run will reset.
CHILL MODE
Want to simply run the photo studio without worrying about anomalies or game overs?
Chill Mode lets you focus entirely on serving customers, earning money, upgrading your studio, and enjoying the shop management side of Photomaly at your own pace.
Note: Endless and Chill Modes are unlocked after completing Story Mode.
40+ NEW CUSTOMERS
More than 40 new customer models have been added to bring much more variety to Endless and Chill Mode.
SHOP RATING SYSTEM
Your studio now has its own Rating.
Improve your shop, decorate it, successfully complete customer orders, and grow your business to increase your rating.
As your rating increases, new upgrades and features will become available.
NEW PRODUCT SALES
You can now unlock products to sell inside your studio.
Once unlocked, customers may visit specifically to purchase these products, giving you another way to earn money and expand your business.
UPGRADES & NEW PHOTO BACKGROUNDS
A new upgrade system has been added.
As you progress, you can unlock different photo backgrounds and switch between them depending on what your customers request.
DECORATIONS
Use the money you earn to purchase decorations for your studio.
Decorating and improving your shop can increase your Rating and help you earn more from your business.
CUSTOMER ANOMALIES
Exclusive to Endless Mode.
Anomalies are no longer limited to the security cameras.
Customers entering your studio may now have strange details such as wind-up keys, hospital wristbands, electronic ankle monitors, or may even fail to appear on the security cameras entirely.
Pay close attention.
If you notice something unusual, photograph the customer and report the anomaly from the computer.
This update has been one of the biggest additions I’ve worked on since Photomaly’s release, and I’m very excited to finally let you play it.
