Hello everyone!
The time has finally come to give our upcoming expansion a release date: Home & Harbor releases on December 2, with the free “Companion Update” coming a week earlier, on November 26.
Home & Harbor
The Home & Harbor DLC adds a major new system to Barotrauma with the introduction of player-owned outposts. You will be able to acquire, manage and defend your very own outpost, and reap all the benefits.
The other half of the expansion is the story of the new Descendants faction. These high-tech, high-minded people shine a new light on some of Europa’s secrets, and need your help in countering a threat.
The Descendants and outpost gameplay put together, with all the related new additions, bring a moon-sized chunk of new content to Barotrauma. Read more about it on our blog, and check out the second episode of the making-of Dev Diary, below!
