Hello everyone!
As you may have noticed, Barotrauma has just entered a new discount period: 50% off on the basegame, the Supporter Pack and the Supporter Edition. This discount runs until the end of the month and is the final discount before we make some adjustments to regional prices.
As we are nearing the release of our upcoming DLC, we want to correct regional price differences to maintain a fair and equal price in all regions. Regional prices have not been adjusted for some time, and as a result of inflation, prices in certain regions have drifted further from the reference USD price point.
The most significant changes will affect the following regions:
Japan, Korea and Poland – adjusted to a lower price
Middle Eastern regions, Russia and Ukraine – adjusted to a higher price
We thank you for understanding our desire to maintain comparable prices across the world and different currencies! The new regional pricing is our best effort to ensure the pricing is fair for all players regardless of their location, and this final sale allows everyone to get a copy of the game at a lower price before the new prices go into effect.
Stay tuned for more news regarding the upcoming Home & Harbor Expansion very soon!
