⦁ Fixed: the FPS cap now sticks after restarting, alt-tabbing or changing resolution (VSync Off).
⦁ Fixed (Linux): the in-game browser no longer stalls on KDE or logs an error on quit.
⦁ Fixed (Linux): settings no longer go missing when using -screen launch options.
