Just a quick one today. Only 3 fixes, before we get back to the next proper update.

[FIXED] Effective radius of the fire station now properly follows the fire station when moving it
[FIXED] Ordering a commander to join a division that is not in the same region, now properly merges the commander into the division, as intended. You don't have to click twice.
[FIXED] With the help of General Curmudgeon, found another situation where your division could vanish into thin air after winning a battle. This no longer happens.
