[p align="start"]Greetings, Commanders! Following the launch of Update 2.0, we noticed a few issues related to server load. With the Steam Auto Battler Fest and a major update (featuring Expedition progress saving, many new items, and more) coming in November, we have decided to optimize our server architecture in advance to ensure server stability as we welcome more players in the future. This update includes balance adjustments, a new custom camera system, and extensive server architecture optimizations.

[p align="start"]

Update 2.0.0.5 will take place at 03:00 UTC (23:00 Eastern Daylight Time on October 22nd, 05:00 Central European Summer Time) on Friday, October 23rd, with approximately 3 hours of server maintenance.

[p align="start"]Below is the content of Update 2.0.0.5:

Standard Versus - Balance Adjustments

Centurion

Developer's Note: This adjustment makes the Centurion stronger against medium-sized units while reducing its efficiency against small units. A more clearly defined role will help prevent pure Centurion-massing strategies from becoming overly dominant and make the Centurion more reliant on synergy with other units.
[p align="start"]

Vortex

Developer's Note: Following the adjustments in the previous patch, some of Vortex's Techs are a bit too weak.

Sledgehammer

Developer's Note: Lowering the cost of \[Mechanical Rage] will help expand the Sledgehammer's versatility and increase the usage rates of other Sledgehammer Techs.

Starter Packs

Developer's Note: As always, we adjust the Player HP Modifiers for Starter Packs primarily based on their win rates and pick rates across different MMR brackets.

Reinforcement

Star Expedition - Balance Adjustments

[p align="start"]For Star Expedition, our goal is to give players more satisfying and fun tactical options. Therefore, aside from nerfing the Abyss — which has indeed been overly dominant — we have buffed a large number of units and replaced many units' Default Tech with more practical ones.

Shop

Developer's Note: After this adjustment, players who hold only a small variety of unit types will be able to roll Techs for their preferred units much more frequently.

Custom Camera

[p align="start"]Players can now save up to 3 custom camera views. Left-click the camera buttons to switch between the default camera view and your 3 custom camera views; right-click a custom camera button to delete that saved view.

Other Optimizations

Developer's Note: Because enemy positions can change within the fog of war during the deployment phase, the targeting direction indicator shown during deployment is not always accurate.
