HumanitZ 1.1B Hotfix Small server patch - server owners please restart your servers - Fixed UI issues caused by broken translations preventing installation of vehicle car parts

- Fixed issue with player being encumbered after death

- Fixed House of a Couple Corpses quest not spawning the scout

- Fixed bug where you could upgrade gates and palisade walls with metal without unlocking the skill

- Fixed certain quest markers not persisting after reloading a save - Fixed a couple issues with Trader inventories
