Today is launch day for The Killing Stone! Each careful candle has been lit. The secret words, once whispered - now intoned. The summoning circle is complete!
1.0 Launches Today
We’re so happy to share the full game with you, just in time for the most eerie season of the year, when the fragile walls between worlds seem to thin! As a Maven, master of the occult arts - do you think you have the will to beat the Devil?
New Content, Improved Experience
In the final version of The Killing Stone, we’ve added new optional story content, combat balancing, and quality-of-life improvements informed by this community’s feedback. As some of you know, the story is brought to its climax with a newly available mega-chapter called The Reckoning, which concludes the story and crystallizes all you’ve done both mechanically and narratively. We’ve also improved the clarity on how your skill during the Trials and your conversation decisions alter the ending for each member of our cursed family. This should make it easier on players who’d like to try another run for improved results.
We want to extend a specific thanks to Emma Gregory (Baldur's Gate 3) and Liam O'Brien (Critical Role) who took a chance on our game. And now, as well: as the renowned vocalist and musician Anna-Maria Hefele. All three give such breathtaking performances, and we hope you are all as enchanted by their work as we have been, for these three long years! We should wrap this up. It’s time to step aside and let the players speak, interpret, and decide what to take away. To our friends, family, positive reviewers thus far, and all our early access players - thank you so much, again. We hope you enjoy The Killing Stone.

NOTE: If you played during Early Access, your existing save should work, but there may be some odd visual bugs if you are mid-chapter. We highly recommend starting a fresh playthrough, as a lot of new content has gone into all the chapters, including the tutorial/intro section.
