Attention, landlords and dutiful citizens!
In honor of the 10th anniversary of the Beholder series, we are officially announcing Beholder: The Landlord’s Handbook - an all-new digital comic releasing on Steam on November 9th!
Simply speaking, it is not just a standard comic book. Think of it as an illustrated field manual told through sequential art - crafted to look like an authentic government desk reference issued by the Ministry to novice apartment managers. Everything stays true to the spirit of the original game: the iconic shadowy art style, dark satire, and familiar faces.
Ministry Notice: This is not a game. This product is a digital adaptation of the illustrated comic handbook, Beholder: The Landlord’s Handbook.
Duties of an Exemplary Landlord
The real work begins where the hallway lights go dim: overhearing suspicious conversations, cataloging unsanctioned habits, and scrutinizing the private lives hidden behind every locked door.
A good landlord takes an interest in every tenant. An exemplary landlord takes meticulous notes.

Inside the Digital Adaptation:
An Authentic In-World Manual: Explore the everyday duties of a landlord in the Beholder universe through illustrated stories and Ministry-approved advice.
Lessons in Survival and Conformity: Trademark dark humor centered on state surveillance, Ministry directives, total obedience, and everyday opportunism.
Attention, citizens: “The Landlord’s Handbook” is not the only thing to celebrate Beholder 10th Anniversary. The Ministry has more surprises for you. Stay tuned!
Glory to the Wise Leader!
