Endless Bloom goes live on Wednesday, October 28.
Four months of open beta, thousands of changes, and one of the most requested features in the game's history. The run doesn't have to end at the final boss anymore. And Endless Mode is one line in the patch notes. Endless Bloom also brings a new biome, a new NIMROD, two new guns, ten new augments and one old favorite back from retirement, three new Pods and six reworked ones, every existing augment rebalanced, every biome retuned, the whole economy rebuilt from scratch, and a handful of things that never made it into a progress update. It's the biggest update since we launched into Early Access, and the changelog is longer than every post we've written put together.
What's in the Name
Endless is Endless Mode. Beat the biome's final boss, then choose: end the run, or keep your build and keep going against enemies that only exist past the end. Bloom is the Violet Forest. The south of the map is now a luminous fungal wilderness with its own bosses, its own final boss, and its own ways to kill you. And Bubba is coming along for the ride. He brought his appetite.
