New
Cruise control: install it in the interior tab. Drive mode C sits after D and S. Gas and brake pedals only change the set speed. The basic part is sold at the parts tent and town part shops, the autopilot version only at one tuning trader.
Turbo sound from real recordings: spool-up, a seamless whistle while on boost and a blow-off when you lift. Small and medium turbos sound bright, big ones deep. More boost pressure = louder.
Digital speedometer with 7-segment display and a fourth gauge slot on the dashboard.
Drift servers: CARS SHARED now works on public servers too. The server browser shows who is playing and if cars are shared. The server name starts with your Steam name.
Drift: every profile gets a toolbox, car jack and tire iron once, on the first drift server join.
Whirlpool in the build catalog (garden tab), in every editor.
Trash container also in your bought house and town workshops. In the track editor you get a trash bin that deletes things right away.
Improved
Loading: the loading screen is much shorter, nothing loads later while driving.
Turbo kits in shops now come with a free intercooler.
Used cars at Wade's yard come back 48 in-game hours after you buy one.
Oil pan: you now hear a metal scrape on every hit. Damage can happen at most every 10 seconds.
Curve warning signs and slope signs can be knocked over and no longer damage your car. The slope percentage is much bigger.
Steam Cloud now syncs saves on Linux and Steam Deck too.
Fixed
Editor camera no longer spin endlessly when a steering wheel is plugged in.
Some cars no longer show up twice after loading a save.
Note
Co-op: everyone needs version 0.603.
Update size about 150 MB.
