5.Reduced the max charge required for Fengxing's Divine Summoning skill.
6.Reduced the max charge required for Jianyan's Divine Summoning skill.
7.Fixed the issue where the Q skill of Youran's Divine Summoning skill sometimes had no effect when cast.
