[email protected] Q: What are the similarities and differences between the Steam version and other versions (Google Play / iOS / PC client)? A: 1. Login methods
The Steam version supports all existing login methods, including email, Google, and Apple, and also Steam account login. If you already have a Stella Sora account, you can log in the same way you always have. The Steam version also supports cross-platform account data synchronization.
2. Payment methods
In the Steam version, in-game purchases can only be made through your Steam Wallet. Item prices are the same as on other platforms.
All game content, events, and updates are the same across all Stella Sora platforms. For future updates, please check in-game announcements and our official social media channels. Q: Is my account data shared between Steam, Android, iOS, and the PC client? A: Yes. Your game data can be shared across platforms as long as your game account is bound to a supported login method, such as email, Google, Apple, or Steam.
You can then log in to the same account on Steam, Android, iOS, or the PC client and continue with synchronized data.
Q: Is the Steam version interoperable with other platforms? Can I log in with my existing account and sync my progress? A: Yes. The Steam version of Stella Sora (Global) supports cross-platform login and account synchronization with other platforms, including Google, iOS, and PC.
If you already have a Stella Sora (Global) account, you can log in the same way as before and continue your progress on Steam.
Note: Accounts from other servers (JP / KR / CN / TW) cannot be used to log in to the Steam version of Stella Sora (Global). Q: Why does my game start with a fresh account, and why is my progress missing? A: This usually happens when the Steam login method you selected is not the one linked to your existing game account.
Please follow the instructions below to access your original account on Steam.
Method 1: If you previously used email login
1. On the device you normally use, log in to your account. On the main screen, select the Menu icon in the top-right corner → \[Settings] → \[Account] → \[User Center] → \[Go].
2. Check the \[Email] displayed. This is the email address linked to your current game data.
3. Open Stella Sora on Steam, enter that email address, complete verification, and log in.
Method 2: If you previously used Google or Apple login
1. On the device you normally use, log in to your account. On the main screen, select the Menu icon in the top-right corner → \[Settings] → \[Account] → \[User Center] → \[Go].
2. The account shown at the top of the \[User Center] (displayed as an email address) is the third-party account currently linked to your game data.
3. Open Stella Sora on Steam. On the login screen, tap the Google or Apple icon, complete verification, and log in.
Method 3: If you previously played as a guest
1. On the device you normally use, log in to your account. On the main screen, select the Menu icon in the top-right corner → \[Settings] → \[Account] → \[User Center] → \[Go].
2. Link your game account to one of the following: email, Google, or Apple.
3. Open Stella Sora on Steam. On the login screen, choose the login method you linked to your guest account, then log in. Q: I want to link or unlink my Steam account. A: 1. On the main screen, select the Menu icon in the top-right corner → \[Settings] → \[Account] → \[User Center] → \[Go].
2. Go to \[Bind Other Accounts] and choose \[Bind] or \[Unbind] for your Steam account. Q: I can't use my Steam account to log in on other platforms. A: The Google Play / iOS / PC client versions currently support only the following login methods: email, Google / Apple, and guest account. Steam account login is not supported on these platforms.
If you want to access your game account on other platforms, please use email login instead. You can link an email address to your account by following these steps:
1. On the main screen, select the Menu icon in the top-right corner → \[Settings] → \[Account] → \[User Center] → \[Go].
2. Select \[Bind Email] and link an email address to your game account.
