This is the 1.9.2fix update.
Knowledge cards
N1 and N2 get 235 new knowledge cards, with 1,087 text questions to go with them.
- N1: 44 grammar cards, 104 vocabulary cards.
- N2: 40 grammar cards, 47 vocabulary cards.
The new cards are already part of the N2 study course, and they show up in study and review as you progress.
Adding new knowledge cards is a lot of work... each one needs an explanation, questions, example sentences and voice, all made together.
We'll keep filling them in, bit by bit!
Burger shop
Orders and chats have new content, and new questions.
- 27 new orders, 162 lines in all: 135 Easy lines (one line per order at each level from N5 to N1) and 27 Hard listening lines.
- 45 new chat sets: 10 with Elle, and 5 each with the other 7 customers (one set at each level from N5 to N1).
Warehouse and forge
- The UI has been rebuilt.
Pomodoro
There is a new tomato icon at the top of the camp page. Open it to use the Pomodoro timer.
You can set the length of focus time and breaks, set a daily goal, and check your stats.
This feature has no extra rewards, so it's completely fine not to use it at all!
Leaderboards
- The old 'Reviewed today' board is now the Player level board. All four boards are long-term now (you probably noticed already).
- The distance board scores the farthest distance you have reached, matching 'Farthest' at camp.
- Fixed the other scope buttons not responding after choosing 'My ranking'.
And these
- The notebook lets you set a dedicated clipping page for vocabulary and for grammar. From then on, clippings keep going to that page.
- Answer boxes now only accept English letters and Japanese. Chinese punctuation, digits, symbols and emoji are removed automatically.
- Fixed the expedition battle area flashing completely blank when the RTV-5090 Graphics Core effect triggered.
- Fixed the bottom row of the camp expedition page being cut off.
- Fixed the ten-pull challenge sometimes failing to fill a full paper, and not responding when clicked, right after finishing a round of review.
- Fixed missing effects: at full graphics quality, lifesteal and wind effects play every single time. They are only merged at low graphics quality or with Reduce effects turned on.
- Plus a few small changes and bug fixes.
