Added a button to download wallpapers.
Improved the calibrator UI to display more information about your timing performance.

Fixes

Fixed an issue where gameplay could behave incorrectly if the player went offline during Survival Mode.
Fixed an issue where multiple music tracks could play simultaneously when navigating between gameplay and menus.
Fixed an issue where holding the skip button during story sequences could also open the story part selector.
