Hey all,

This is just a short update for tonight - I'm excited to announce that the live test of the experimental co-op build was a big success. I'll be adding it into tomorrow's patch, all going well.

I hung out on the Discord voice chat tonight with DanekJovax and juh9870 (and a bunch of folks who joined in to watch and chat), and it was a lot of fun doing a co-op session. We cheddarshotted a lot of local boars, built a house and furnished it quite lavishly for no reason, then completed a two-level dungeon, well, juh9870 tanked it basically solo with a ridiculous lifesteal build he got going, while we trailed along behind with his pet bat.

More to the point though it demonstrates to me that the co-op overhaul is as good as baked for now. So tomorrow I'm planning to integrate it onto the public Steam build so that everyone can play it.

In the meantime, if you want to test Roguefort's enhanced multiplayer, you can use the password "roguefort2026coop" and opt into the coop-relay branch on Steam. Note that every player in the co-op has to be on the coop-relay branch though, because it will cause problems if not. This is what we were testing tonight and it seems to be playing really nicely so far.

I figured it was time to start doing some smaller devlog type posts, so this is the first one of many many more to come.

Thanks for reading and for playing!
