Changes

Reset Market Goods: Reworked for more stability, this should solve any issues with rare missing items for sure now!
Controls: If a rebind action times out, the menu explains that extra mouse buttons need mapping to a spare key in your mouse software.

Bug fixes

Controls: Mouse side buttons (Mouse 4 and 5) and wheel tilt now show their names when rebound.
Tutorial: Earning secret spells no longer brings up the Spells tutorial, which might stay forever
