We have released a new hotfix patch to address the following issues:
Fixed smoke and construction particle effects not appearing
Fixed the Tutorial checkbox in New Game turning back on (for a new player) if they turn it off, then go to Difficulty Settings
Fixed an extra case of the Move Building fix from Hotfix 1
