We would like to provide an update on our ongoing investigation into the crashes occurring during gameplay.
We are currently investigating multiple potential causes and working on fixes to achieve a permanent resolution to these crashes.
During this investigation, we have confirmed that increasing the total available memory (RAM + Windows virtual memory) can reduce the frequency of certain memory-related crashes. In our internal testing, systems with a combined total of approximately 48 GB or more of available memory generally experienced fewer occurrences of these crashes.
At the same time, the development team recognizes the game's current memory usage as a significant issue. Alongside our efforts to identify and resolve the causes of crashes, we are also working to reduce memory consumption and improve overall stability.
As a temporary workaround, players experiencing crashes may see improvements by increasing their Windows virtual memory settings. The following values are intended as general guidance while we continue working on a permanent solution.
Recommended Settings:
If you have 32 GB of RAM
→ Set virtual memory to 16 GB or more
If you have 16 GB of RAM
→ Set virtual memory to 32 GB or more
Please note that these settings may help reduce the frequency of certain crashes, but they are not a permanent solution and do not address all crash-related issues.
We will continue investigating and addressing crash-related issues, including those caused by factors other than memory usage, and will provide further updates as more information becomes available.
We sincerely apologize for the ongoing inconvenience caused by these crashes.
We greatly appreciate your patience and support while we continue working to improve stability and resolve these issues.
